Sky One – Digital Façade & Signage

As the tallest residential tower outside of Melbourne’s CBD, the 36-storey striking bronze development seamlessly blends three levels of premium retail and leisure offerings with 438 luxury one, two and three-bedroom dwellings. Our team assisted Golden Age Group with the design and implementation of multiple elements on site including digital activations, building identification, retail signage and sky signage.
Spanning across the podium façade, the entire streetscape can be activated with digital content. With 175m2 of digital screens, this is the largest mixed use digital installation in Australia.
It consists of seven vertical screens and two landscape screens to the external facade & digital directories & digital facings across each of the two escalators internally. The screens have the capability to integrate andactivate content in a unified sequence across the entire site or as single stand-alone screens.

The screens are shown here with some spectacular digital art, enhancing the customer experience both inside and outside the building.
Our expert team explore the intersection of lighting, digital & immersive design to create dynamic and engaging outcomes which seamlessly blend the physical & digital worlds together.

Our expert team managed design and implementation of all key wayfinding and sky signage across the site. The material pallete for the wayfinding was established to pair with the architecture and integrate seamlessly with the various environments. The Sky signage was developed to mount off cleats which were designed into the glazed building façade.
